Through a connection, we met with and subsequently engaged Nick Pearce of Pearce Building Solutions to construct our studio & home gym. From the outset, Nick and his team communicated clearly, were easy to deal with, effectively and painlessly managed a few challenges along the way and ultimately delivered an outstanding product. The team clearly prides itself on build quality and customer service. We were on budget and the job was completed 3 weeks early. To say we are thrilled with the studio is an understatement. Nick and his team have done two jobs on our house. The first was minor remodeling, removing and replacing cornices and skirtings. The second job was new exterior cladding, installing steel windows, steel framed pergola and decking. Nick was easy to work.

We engaged Pearce building solutions to build a pool deck and screen at our house. We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and value for money. Pearce building team renovated our wet area, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. We are very happy with the final product, the level of work is exceptional.
