Westbuilt managed to professionally build a lovely granny flat suitable for a disabled family member on a very steep slope. They responded immediately to emails and, although Pullenvale protected trees made delivery difficult, they delivered as promised and completed the home before Christmas, earlier than expected. We were treated with respect and would thoroughly recommend Westbuilt.

I could not speak more highly of our experience with this firm. From the very beginning, the workmanship on our home and the manner in which it was constructed, was nothing short of professional. Phone calls were always returned promptly and our concerns were always met respectfully. We were located at a good distance away so communication by way of emails and phone were important. The homes are well appointed, and they offer a wide selection of features which are elegant and skillfully finished. We love living in n our new home and we would not hesitate to recommend Westbuilt Homes to anybody wanting a positive experience in the pursuit of the great Australian dream.

There is nothing I would change about the whole process - from Jim's visit at the very beginning through until now. At the start I asked for attention to detail and communication and certainly received this throughout the process. Everything ran smoothly and now we have lived in the house for 2 months. Just so happy with it.

The home Westbuild constructed was beautiful and they were a pleasure to deal with. The construction phase was on time and on budget with no variations. Follow up service was great. Highly recommended!
