We now have our Titan Shed. Overall very happy. We had a few delays due to rain but they kept us informed all the way. The whole process was good, quoted quickly, made as fast as reasonable, built, finished and signed off first time by the certifier. Thanks to Roy and the team .

We've just been through a long, hard renovation that included construction of a large shed - for this we selected Titan Garages & Sheds and were serviced by the Gold Coast branch (Nerang). Titan Garages and Sheds have been the shining light of paramount service and quality during this renovation. Not only do I recommend them - I rave about them. Their product is top quality - but their service has been outstanding. I use that word so rarely but I mean it completely. The process ran smoothly - the sales professionals helped us design and choose a shed that was going to meet our needs. They then helped us pass it through council. They were able to advise independent contractors on slabs and landscaping to ensure the shed install went smoothly. They managed our expectations on time frame perfectly then absolutely over delivered with the shed constructed 2 full months ahead of the expected date. Titan Garages & Sheds also have strong after sales service - even after they have our money - months after the project, they are calling to check in on the quality of their product and to make sure we are happy. They were easy to talk to, open to questions and able to give direction to us as we were learning as we went. I honestly can't say enough good things about Titan Sheds and Garages. I want to put in a special mention to our installer Tyrone - I don't think I have ever met a nicer or more professional trades person in my life - having him on our property was a pleasure. If you are considering a shed or garage - the decision to go with Titan should be your one no-brainer. They made everything so straight-forward and easy - and perhaps the best part, there was no 'surprise' increase in cost of building materials at the end. They quoted the job and then stuck to the quote - the ONLY trade we have dealt with to do this during the renovation. Thank you Titan Garages & Sheds. We are proud Titan customers and highly recommend them for their service and they high quality of their product.
