  Prestige were fantastic to deal with! I couldn’t recommend them enough. I dealt mostly with Peter and Trent who were so helpful, reliable and honest. They made the process a lot easier and were always available to help. They delivered all the materials as promised. They also provided support to our builder. I would definitely go with prestige if I were to build again.

  After extensive research and the gathering of quotes, I settled on Prestige Kit Homes. While I chose one of their already existing kit designs, there was still opportunity to make changes to suit my needs. Nothing was too difficult; the staff were extremely responsive and helpful and the changes to the original design I made did not cost me an ‘arm and a leg’. The build went according to plan (I also had an excellent builder), materials arrived on time, were all very good quality, exactly what I expected and paid for, and there were no other hidden costs. Communication was clear, open and genuine, and I felt considered and cared about throughout the entire process.The entire process was surprisingly easy and uncomplicated. My home is gorgeous and just how I imagined it would be. I would recommend Prestige Kit Homes and I would definitely work with them again.

  So far our experience has been fantastic. Trent and Peter have answered every question (and there have been a lot) they have been thorough in making sure to stress important steps we need to get done along the way to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. All efforts have been greatly appreciated. We have just received our first delivery and weather permitting we can finally begin our build soon. Will post final pictures to aid this review when complete. Very highly recommend this company

  Really appreciate, as first-time owner builders, the efforts of the team and people esp. like Trent and Peter who responded to our questions, delivered on what they said they would and overall made the process very easy. The purchasing and payment process, actual materials quality, local suppliers efforts and the "little things" like easy to follow and detailed instructions are clearly appreciated and valued (given feedback from other trades) and there were NO surprises. The finished product is worth the effort and a lot of the success is attributed to the Prestige team. Thank you to all involved.

  We had a great experience with Peter and his team at Prestige, we had a custom built home which came from our concept design which was made possible with Prestige's drafting and engineering. They supplied everything we needed, was always available to discuss, provided timely updates and information, and basically everything we needed along every step of the way. The finishes and materials were everything we wanted and more, we would happily do it all again with them next time. Thanks again
