  Black Diamond carried out a full reno on my 3-bedroom unit in Broadbeach which included a full wall repair, new kitchen, upgrade of the bathroom, new front door, new lighting and fan replacement, Toby was involved from the start and I developed a very close working relationship with him and his team. A few minor jobs required after completion were quickly attended to. Very happy with the result (as are the new tenants) and will use Black Diamond again. Apart from the good quality work I found Toby's interpersonal skills really helpful in ensuring what i wanted was done. Toby also had plenty of interior design ideas which i found most useful. As I am located overseas this greatly assisted in getting the job done on time and to my satisfaction. We regularly chatted by WhatsApp and Toby always made himself available to chat. Glad to provide this recommendation

  I can’t say enough about the bathroom that Toby and his crew from Black Diamond have created for us. The results speak for themselves. All the way through their number 1 priority has been our satisfaction. They were all very easy to work with. Their work ethics were absolutely top notch. They were the cleanest group of tradesmen I’ve ever dealt with. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves. We believe that we got more than we asked for.   Upon discovering extensive termite damage to major load bearing walls in our home, a close family friend recommended Black Diamond Projects to conduct the rectification works. The walls between the lounge rooms, double garage, laundry and kitchen had to be totally replaced with half the kitchen to be dismantled. In just 3 days we had the load bearing walls replaced, kitchen repaired and all walls and ceilings plastered and repainted. We cannot recommend Toby and his team highly enough for the skilled workmanship in the timeframe to complete the reparations on our house. Very satisfying process. Capt. T Clark Jetstar Airways. Miami
