Mpire Homes

The best custom home builder on the Gold Coast! Exceptional hands on service and expertise. Thank you Mpire Homes for creating our dream home. You made the whole building process such a pleasure. We look forward to working with you again soon.

We have built a few houses in the past and have learnt a lot along the way. When we were looking to select a builder for our “forever home”, we met with many builders and short listed 4 building companies. Mpire Homes stood out from the very beginning as Marius was willing to spend the time with us to tailor a quote on a home that would meet our needs, but still have a complete custom feel. We were able to see a few of the homes he had finished and was currently building at the time. The quality of the builds stood out for us, so it became an easy decision to sign a contract with them. Marius was with us throughout the whole process and was very responsive to all my questions and emails. As with every custom build, there were minor issues, but his words he told us on our first meeting resonated with us and provided comfort that everything would be resolved properly. He said, he knew there would be issues throughout the process, but he it is his name at risk so he would do everything within his power to resolve any such issues. From my experience, Marius is a man of integrity, and the home is more than we could have ever expected with no building issues to speak of. He was also very flexible as throughout the build small design changes were made by us, and he accommodated all of them. It has been about 12 months since handover, and we are still blown away each and every day that we now have our dream house. I would recommend Mpire Homes to anyone that want a house built to the highest quality.

We strongly recommend Mpire Homes. This our fourth new home and by far the best building experience we have had. Marius and his dedicated team of tradesman did a top quality job on our home and finished in time despite all the supply issues affecting the building industry. Marius is very much hands on during the entire planning and building process. We have built on a challenging sloping block and this was managed exceptionally well by Marius & his team. We are delighted with our rear deck overlooking our suspended concrete pool and surrounding bushland. We are grateful that we chose Mpire Homes and thankyou to Marius, Brad and all the amazing tradesman involved in building our home

Just want to say a big thank you to all the Mpire Homes team and especially to Marius. We are more than happy with the company professionalism. Our project was difficult - a huge 2 storey extension to the existing house on a steep road and land. But team totally nailed it! All building services nowadays have to cope with delays and price increases. And again this company tried to do their best to finish our project in time and cost effectively. Highly recommended Mpire Homes and definitely will come to them again for our next project.

Marius and his team are extremely professional from our first meeting with him to our handover. Marius listened to everything we requested and delivered an extremely high standard home, All of the trades he uses are high quality and also extremely professional, we are so happy with our home, we would highly recommend Mpire homes to anyone that wants a professional and transparent experience.

Marius and his whole team at Mpire homes from start to finish where second to none. They itemised every little and big ticket items and didn’t forget a thing, making sure no hidden costs along the way. The build we have completed at Tallebudgera is a custom sq foot home that our family will cherish for a long time. From Polished concrete floors to heated magnesium pool system, nothing was to big or small of an ask. A smart, modern, industrial home was the brief and that’s exactly what we have. Marius and his building team where there every step of the way with friendly attitudes and all done in a timely fashion. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Mpire Homes again if we build or Renovate.
