  We are the proud new owners of a Modnpod. My husband and I both work from home and live in a relatively small house. We started investigating office pods as a solution to our space issues. What drew us to Modnpods was that they were Australian owned and made. The process from start to finish was efficient and professional. John was very responsive to all our questions, always available on the phone. We were kept up to date throughout the build. On the day of delivery, I think John was more excited than we were! The instillation was amazing with the pod fitting plumb onto our pre-laid slab without a hitch. The quality of workmanship, the great design and look are all evident in the finished product. Can’t recommend highly enough!

  Shire Christian School in Sydney purchased four ModnPods in two different sizes to be used as rehearsal studios for music students. We needed inspiring spaces for students to develop their musical skills, and these acoustically treated rooms were ideal for this purpose. The pods have been located around a new deck alongside the school's green areas so they have a great outlook. They are fitted out with recording technology and equipped with air conditioning and a Stiebel Eltron HRV System to ensure fresh, healthy air circulates throughout the space. ModnPods were a wonderful organisation to deal with. Their professional team exceeded our expectations and have built high quality products that we are proud to showcase to our school community and prospective students and parents.

  We would highly recommend ModnPods after our home office [outside the home] arrived a few weeks ago. Their units are the ideal sweet spot in terms of cost - not so expensive you might as well get a local architect + builder to do it and not so cheap you’d wonder about the quality of the parts. We had some delays along the way but the final product and result are extremely impressive.

  The ModnPods team are amazing! We absolutely love our backyard pod (Drifter), it's the perfect office space/spare room for visitors. The team were so easy to work with and happily answered all our questions along the way. The whole process from start to finish was easy. We love the way the design and build of the pod incorporates such high sustainability standards, and that the resources used are as local as can be. We love the passion that John, Ben and the team have for their work... it really shows in the quality of the product they produce.

  ModnPods have an excellent product that looks stunning and the build quality is outstanding. I am passionate about efficiency and passive construction and our Pod comes very close in this respect (it is definitely not a hot tin box). The old adage 'you get what you pay for' is very relevant as this is no slap together and ship out build. ModnPod's philosophy has created a carefully designed product that just feels so right, it looks like a piece of art in our yard. The team at ModnPods worked very closely with us to ensure it was possible to get the Pod up to our site and sent weekly updates to show the building progress. An amazing pod that will be admired for years to come.
