McGrath design and construct helped me from the very start of the building process to completion. I have had properties built before so have experience of this process. I have never had such an exceptional experience as I did when dealing with McGrath Design and Construct. The attention to detail and the level of master building standards, the ability and willingness to work within the requests of the client is why I would rate them as exceptional. My house is absolutely beautiful and the advice given on design was, as it turns out, was of paramount importance to the final product and vision. So glad I listened and took their advice. They were also incredibly fair on pricing and prompt and efficient in their actions …. The build was on schedule throughout.

I engaged McGrath Design & Construct after purchasing a very ugly unit in a great position at Cotton Tree. I initially met Rachel at the unit and she had some ideas about how to make a big change without a costly renovation. We set a budget based on her ideas, pull down a non-supporting wall, extend kitchen/eat in nook and install new kitchen bench, cupboards etc. She also recommended new tiles for the bathroom & plantation shutters. Next, Brenden & his team got to work and did a fabulous high quality job in a short timeframe and came in right on budget. I found Brendan & Rachel to be smart operators with in-depth knowledge covering all areas + They delivered everything they promised & on budget Thank you McGrath Design & Construct
