  If I could give 10 stars I would. Consider yourself very fortunate if Adrian builds your home. Having no prior experience of building or even renovations, and having heard frequently from others about the stress of building, I was anxious coming this project. However, I can't speak highly enough of Adrian. Absolutely nothing about the process of building a house was stressful for us, as the customers. The quality of his work and those of the tradies he works with, is to a very high standard. Even the various businesses and tradies he works with and outsources, raved to me about the quality of Adrian's work, and how he is one of the best in the business! Adrian is highly skilled, has incredible work ethic and integrity. He genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction, and converting their vision into an exceptional reality. His knowledge, experience, skill, and desire to always produce the best work he can, also mean that he has a fantastic understanding of house design. He was great to toss around ideas with, helping me to figure out how to achieve what we wanted with what we had - maintaining flow and combining design, aesthetic and practicality, seamlessly. And our project was not the easiest. We have a very steep up and cross-sloped property, on an estate that had strict design rules, and lots of them. This project probably should have been a nightmare for us, but Adrian absorbed all the headaches, and was the utmost professional. on top of it, he is an awesome guy and so easy to get on with. So here we are at the end of it, with a beautiful home, that we absolutely love, and we haven't broken the bank either. That's the other thing. His pricing is VERY reasonable, especially considering all of the above. We honestly could not be happier. Not that we plan to, but I think if we were to ever build again, I would only do it if Adrian could be our builder!!

  Building with Adrian was the best decision that I made. I had, had a nightmare with a bigger builder which had put me off building. Adrian was recommended to me by friends who had built with him. From the first meeting with Adrian, he was able to see the vision that I wanted for my home, I couldn’t be happier with what he designed. The whole build process from start to finish was smooth and stress free, his site manager Jake was great to deal with and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Adrian was always available to answer questions and his communication during the build process was top notch. The quality of the workmanship is second to none, I couldn’t be happier with the finished product that Adrian and his team produced, the building inspector couldn’t fault the build which goes to show the attention to detail and pride that Adrian and his team take in their work. I will be highly recommending Live Lux Homes to friends and family. Thanks again Adrian for a great experience and look forward to building again with you in the future.

  Our first home build went so smoothly thanks to the hard work of Adrian and Live Lux Homes. My partner and I had a few reservations about building due to the current unsettling state of the construction industry, but Adrian is truly a diamond in the rough. From the first meeting, Adrian eased our concerns with his expert knowledge, attentiveness, and friendliness. As it was our first build Adrian was able to offer advice for designing floor plans to our liking, allowed customisation, and was flexible on changes to keep within our budget. He was communicative throughout the entire process and took away the stress of building for us. Our friends and family find it hard to believe when we tell them about our experience, and that it was fun, exciting, and stress-free; because building experiences like ours are few and far between. There were minimal delays in the process, even during the height of industry labour shortages and supply chain issues which is a true testament to Adrian's tightly run ship. My partner works in the construction industry, and we have friends who are architects who have complimented our house and the attention to detail Adrian has given to the build. Even our defects inspector couldn't fault him. The finishes that are included in the house are luxe and the space is truly a reflection of what we wanted. If you are considering Live Lux Homes and Adrian, it is worth every cent. We are so glad we went with an independent builder over getting a cookie-cutter home from a larger builder. Thanks for realising our dream home, and making it a great experience Adrian. If we have the chance to build again we would choose you over and over again!

  We’re very thankful to our friends who recommended Live Luxe Homes and to Adrian for a seamless journey! Between 2021 and 2024 we had signed three unsuccessful contracts with builders who later claimed our block’s gradient was too big for them to build on. (And yes, they had the contour from the start). Feeling deflated and ready to sell the block, we reached out to Adrian and it was the best decision we made! We lived in Townsville for the majority of the project and Adrian and his team kept us informed, at ease and regularly sent us photos of the progress. We move into our new home this week and couldn’t be happier. The only thing we would change next time is reaching out to Live Luxe Homes sooner!
