Poonam is extremely professional and made our journey very smooth. We were initially planning to sign our building contract with another builder, but when we contacted Clarendon Homes to understand the process, Poonam made us feel genuinely cared for. Even while she was unwell and attending the doctor’s chamber, she continued to follow up with us. Her dedication and support were the reasons we decided to sign our contract with Clarendon Homes. Hopefully, our building journey will be just as smooth.

We've visited many display homes and spoke to several different builders about our requirements and couldn't decide on one. But after visiting the display home in this centre and speaking with Poonam, we decided to build with Clarendon and we're very glad we did. She is very friendly, approachable and gave us insights on what to expect and also recommendations on what to avoid, based on her own personal experiences. She also stayed back past office hours just so we could sign the contract to lock in the price! Thank you Poonam for all your hard work. Your knowledge and honesty gave us assurance we made the right choices. I highly recommend Clarendon, and speak to Poonam for a very enjoyable and stress free building process.
