Kodiak Projects

We had an amazing experience renovating with Kodiak Projects. The whole team is incredibly professional, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality result. Getting Mark involved early on in the design stage made a huge difference to the final outcome — his practical advice, attention to detail, and ability to foresee potential issues meant the design was smarter, more functional, and better aligned with our goals. Every team member went above and beyond, from Katie in administration to Dave, our construction manager. They were always responsive to emails and phone calls, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The workmanship was excellent from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We highly recommend Kodiak Projects for any build or renovation.

I can't speak highly enough of Mark and the team at Kodiak Projects, truly brilliant. Kodiak's commitment to quality and excellence in delivering an exceptional build is a true testament to their building ethos. They went above what was simply on the plans to ensure the best possible design for the property whilst keeping the budget in check. The team were always available to talk through any concerns, modifications or revisions without belittling you for not knowing the building trade. I learnt so much on the development journey. Kodiak communications are an A+. Now a year on from having moved in to our home built by Kodiak, we love it as much now as we did then. The team have been very quick to rectify any things that have popped up. The house has held up so well even withstanding 2 young boys tearing around the place. Kodiak Projects are a rare gem in the building industry. Top bunch of people with a true love for what they do. Highly recommend.

We hired Kodiak Projects to renovate our bathroom, ensuite and toilet and are extremely happy with the completed job! We found Mark to be an honest, reliable and totally professional manager and tradesman. He is a likeable and knowledgeable guy, who bent over backwards to help us achieve what we wanted with our renovations. He did what he said he was going to do. He always turned up on time and he provided helpful advice on various aspects of construction. His workmanship was first-class. He was an excellent manager of other tradespeople who worked on the job and he showed great attention to detail at every stage of the project. We would highly recommend Mark and Kodiak Projects to anyone wanting a quality job done on their renovations or house building!

Fantastic company to work with, If you want an eye for detail and feel like you are being looked after like you are a member of the family, then Kodiak Projects is for you. Good quality builder, exceptional service and highly professional team. You can't go wrong. Kodiak have completed 3 projects for me and I would absolutely use them again.

Mark, Katie, Blair & the rest of the Kodiak team were awesome to work with for the renovation of my unit. They were friendly, honest and professional throughout the entire process and I could not fault the final product. Every detail was covered off on by them and the place was immaculate at handover. 100% recommend Kodiak and I will be using them again for any future projects.

We had Mark renovate our bathroom. It was old wooden and had a very heavy bath. Mark removed the cupboard in the bathroom to give it more room. He Installed a new shower, vanity, window and tiles on the floor. He even organised a portable shower for us during the renovation! Mark did an exceptional job removing the old bathroom and installing the new one. He was very connecting throughout the project so i knew i was going to get exactly what I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Kodiak Project for any future works.
