  I found Hartell Joint Sealing when both our builder and his tiler reneged on their commitment to seal our skirtings as part of a major (and very expensive) kitchen and living room renovation. After finishing re-tiling the entire house and replacing all the skirtings and architraves the builder then said the caulking would be an additional cost despite telling us repeatedly the tiler would be back to finish all the caulking. The tiler also said he would be coming back to finish the job and at no time was there any mention of additional cost. My partner said he wouldn’t give the builder another cent which led me to finding Hartell Joint Sealing through an online Google search for caulking specialists in Brisbane. From my first contact with Billie the communication and customer service has been consistently exceptional. Both Billie and Jack, the technician who came out to do the job, are such great ambassadors for, and assets to, the company. The job was completed to a very high standard and my home was left spotless.   I needed my pergola sealed i came across Hartell via an AD on Social Media i contacted them and Billie looked after me straight away. Even though they were busy Billie organized my job to be done within a few days and worked around a time that would suit me.. Chris came out he was very friendly and new his job very well. He told me he was a perfectionist, and he was true to words. He made sure it got done properly and also looked tidy even though some of the areas was a bit messy and he took his time to make them look good ... Very happy with the service and the job that was completed .. I would highly recommend this company ... Mark
