Gray Homes renovated two bathrooms in our house some four years ago. We were delighted with the finished product at the time and Lachy was a delight to deal with throughout the process ensuring we were introduced to each of the subcontractors in person and we were always kept up to date with what was going to happen 'tomorrow'. A couple of months ago we were distressed to find the shower on the second floor was leaking as evidenced by water running down the wall in a downstairs bedroom. Lachy was called and responded very quickly identifying the likely cause very accurately and precisely with the employment of the latest technical equipment. The fix required the floor and some wall tiles to be replaced and the area re-waterproofed after first removing the shower screen. This was a major undertaking and Lachy even supplied matching tiles for the floor. The job is now complete and we are very pleased with the final outcome with little evidence of the magnitude of the work done. The whole repair was completed under warranty so the considerable cost that may have been incurred was dealt with by Gray Homes. It doesn't get better than that! I can highly recommend Gray Homes and Lachy for all building and renovation projects.

Our cottage post renovation by Gray Homes put simply, speaks for itself. Everyone that enters comments on one feature or another. How beautiful the floorboards are which in two sections were carefully relocated and laced in, along with the wooden arch detail below the doorways painstakingly stencilled to have the right amount of curve, the way the light hits through the skylights above a ceiling now flush with hidden beams and a new layout that maximises space and enables flow. All of this wouldn't be possible without the innovative ideas of Lachlan, his patience, efficiency, attention to detail and the craftsmanship of him and his team of trades. Gray Homes enhanced the character of the space which now not only looks elegant but feels homely and timeless. My husband and I highly recommend Lachlan, Gemma and the team at Gray Homes for an exceptional quality renovation or build.

We recently had Lachlan from Gray Homes complete renovations on our house, and we are very happy with the finished product. He transformed an old back room into a master bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, modernized our bathroom beautifully, and repaired the ceiling in our lounge room area. Lachlan is an excellent builder. He is conscientious, fair, and reliable. His communication is outstanding, always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or provide updates.
