  I recently had my house built by Dixon Homes in South Ripley, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The construction quality is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. The team was professional and efficient, delivering the project on time and within budget. I want to give a special shout-out to my building supervisor, Wayne, who truly went above and beyond. His dedication, communication, and problem-solving skills made the process smooth and stress-free. Because of his exceptional service, the extra star is due to him. Overall, I highly recommend Dixon Homes for anyone looking to build a new home. They have a talented team, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish.

  Our site supervisor, Wayne Ney, was excellent! We found the lack of communication from the Dixon office was frustrating, but Wayne took care of things nicely for us. Over all, the house is wonderful and we are happy to be finally in - before Christmas 2024. Wayne found out timelines for us and followed up on trades, but we did feel that the schedulers could have been more prompt/ had extra help.
