We found ourselves in a less than ideal situation with time constraints to find a new builder / contract very quickly. Although we have signed with another builder due to the circumstances, I wanted to thank Nabila and Amale from Gedeoun for the care and guidance they provided at a very stressful time. Knowing full well there was every chance we may not build with them they still went above and beyond to help where they could and provided insight and information even with their busy schedules. I would recommend looking at Gedeoun if you're in the market for a new home - very professional and caring team.

2019 was a very difficult year for us. Both our home and our investment property were inundated with flood water in the February floods. We spent a very stressful few months dealing with insurers, assessors and panel builders all while living in temporary accommodation without most of our possessions. After months of much stress and tears, we were finally given the chance to choose our own builder to complete the rebuild of our investment property. We chose Gedoun Constructions due to their strong reputation and longevity in the Townsville building industry. From the very moment Joe walked through our damaged house, I knew we had made the right decision. My father was a builder and I have worked with builders for the past 15 years through our business. I knew immediately that Joe had the knowledge and the work ethic we needed to get our house back to its former glory. From the first day on site, to the day of hand over, the Gedoun team made the process so smooth and stress free for us. The trades used were amazing and the build time surpassed our expectations. Nabila and Paola went above and beyond for us, ensuring we had all the perfect finishes and Nabila’s eye for details was very much appreciated. We were so glad we used Gedoun during this stressful time. Our house turned out so beautiful and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to build or renovate. They are a builder who truly cares about their client and will build the home you want.
