  Ron and his team did a renovation on our old miners cottage. They did an outstanding job. Nothing was too much trouble. Ron was great to work with. From coming out and giving us a quote, we received the quote promptly, from accepting the quote Ron started work immediately. He kept us informed of everything throughout the project. He went above and beyond to help with additional requests we asked of him. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Ron and his team.

  We live in Cairns and have a rental property in Townsville. The bathroom floor had rotted and the bathroom needed a complete renovation, including a new floor. After trying unsuccessfully with many other builders who either didn't reply to phone calls and emails and one builder doubling his quote when we decided to go ahead, then another builder not even quoting and telling me 'good luck finding a builder who will do that job' I came across Allied Renovations and Construction. From the initial contact with Kristan I knew I had finally found a good building company! Because we had such confidence in Kristan and Ron, we bit the bullet and also added a kitchen renovation. Kristan's communication was clear, prompt and she sent photos of all the things like tiles and paint colours that she thought would work in this little old cottage. She kept us informed all the way through the project as we couldn't get down to Townsville until the job was completed, which was a week ahead of schedule. Ron's work was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Living in a different city and undertaking such major renovations was a bit nerve wracking but we felt we could trust Kristan and Ron 100%. Highly recommend Allied Renovations and Constructions. We are already aiming to use them again. Thank you Kristan and Ron!

  We had Ron and the team come in to remove a wall that partitions our kitchen to loungeroom. A supporting beam was put in and we are so happy with the outcome. The workmanship is amazing and team were great in regards to communication and organisation. We will definitely use Allied again for any other renovation jobs we have around the house.

  “Our house is amazing! Thanks to Allied Renovations and Construction” Ron and his team did an amazing job turning our dreams and plans into a realty with renovating our entire Queenslander house. This house certainly came with a number of challenges both before and during the renovation but they were up for the task and helped us achieve our aim to both respect the Queenslander foundations, whilst adding a fresh coastal finish. Their approach to their work was with a high level of respect, attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ron’s management of juggling trades to keep work moving was very appreciated as we were living downstairs. Which resulted in us moving back upstairs a month earlier than the contracted completion date. Big thank you to Ron and to all the staff and trades involved, we would definitely recommend!
