We highly recommend Coastside Builder Pty Ltd if you are considering renovating your house. Working with Luke, Kelly and the whole Coastside Builder Team from day one was an amazing experience. Our Bathroom, Laundry and main Bedoom have been transformed and we couldnt be happier with the results. We highly recommend Luke and his team for your upcoming build or renovation! After just completing our extension of 3 bedrooms and an ensuite, Luke and Kelly's communication was outstanding throughout that time. Luke's attention to detail truly sets him apart from other builders and he is more than happy to make sure everything is perfect!

Luke and Kelly and their team are so refreshing to work with. They always do what they say they will do. They have completed our bathrooms and we are signed up again to get the kitchen done. They and their trades turn up on time, are respectful of our home, clean up after themselves and finish their jobs on time and budget and have a good attention to detail. Highly professional, these are all traits you should expect in a builder, but rarely see. I cannot recommend enough!

We landlords and our property manager are so impressed by the workmanship, communication and personal responsibility that Luke showed in repairing our house. We were out of our comfort zone in that we live in a different state and had to trust someone we'd ever met to fix everything. Luke proved to be trustworthy, fast and great at communication, sending photos regularly so we can feel we had some control of the situation. He was also proactive with helpful ideas and advice. The new property manager now wants Luke in her pool of trades because she was there inspecting and said he went over and beyond. So glad to have been introduced to you Luke and Kelly.
