  We just love living in our new 4 bed home built by long time Custom Master Builder PJBurns in Hervey Bay. We have just had our one year Anniversary since moving in and can't praise them enough for such good quality and attention to detail which can only really be appreciated when one actually spends time 'living' in the property. The block size was narrow and long but staff at PJB managed a miracle and produced a one off special for us. Forget your Project home companies, give PJBurns, a custom builder your contract to build.   My experience with this company has been exceptional. Although I myself didn't build with them, I did purchase a young home that had been built by them. So of course, when I had a small leak in the ceiling, I naturally contacted them to take a look. Now I'm down on the Sunshine Coast, so sure enough, Dave & Dave made the trip down to check it out. Now, these guys opened up the ceiling then and there to identify the problem for me even though they had already established there were a number of reasons what could have caused the issue, turns out, not at all builder's fault. These guys wouldn't leave without giving me direction as to how to move forward and fix the issue, could have easily said "not our fault and walked away". They later followed up with written directions as to what would be required to do to fix the leak and all photos taken from the day. Now I didn't build with these guys, but I can tell you right now..... If I'm ever building in Hervey Bay, there is no question who I am building with. The way they conducted themselves and follow up service they provided me puts alot of trades to shame. Can't thank you enough guys, hope the shopping in Brisbane went well, 🍻

  We have been in our PJ Burns home for 12 months now and are very happy to write a review for these builders. From the start to the finish of the build, we were very happy with the progress ( even through Covid, our house was completed in 11 months), the help with colour selection, the very professional help with all aspects of the build. We changed a couple of things on the plan and that wasn't a problem for them. Our kitchen is a dream to work in with so many cupboards and the stone benchtops are easy to look after. The house was beautiful to move into and the pride taken by Dave was evident to see. 12 months on, we have a couple of things that require attention. We have already had Dave come out to rectify these things. Again nothing, too much problem. Highly recommend these guys! If we were to build again, we would use PJ Burns.

  What can we say about PJ Burns Builders Hervey Bay, but a BIG THANK YOU for a lovely home( a year in the making). From start to finish everyone was so helpful, friendly and wonderful, from Lionel who helped us with our design, Matt who worked with us with colour and fitting sections and to the 2 Dave's who kept us up to date on everything that was going on with building.
