My partner and I just finished building our first home with Bella. We could not be happier with our beautiful home! Kim, Aaron and the team at Bella did and amazing job and met everyone of our expectations. We did have some minor building delays however due to cyclone Alfred and no fault of Bella. These delays were communicated and Bella did everything they could to get the build back on track. The Quality of Bella's builds are way above most display home from well known builders, high end finishing's and appliances used throughout as standard. We hired an independent building inspector for final handover who has been inspection homes for 30 years , he stated "I have not seen a home finished to this standard ever, This builder has not taken any shortcuts I see daily by other builders and have actually added things not required E.G rodent proof mesh around all guttering into the eaves. The build time may have been a little longer then originally stated however was well worth the wait to receive a house which shows a builder who clearly cares about the quality of their homes over profit in their pocket.

Couldn't recommend Bella enough!! Can't wait to build another home with them in the future!! We have built homes with other builders in the past and Bella are by far the best experience we have had. They are family owned and every member of their team has been incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Never once tried to over sell to us. In fact, in our colour selection, I had really specific wants with regards to cabinet colours and flooring, Vicki went out of her way to source exact matches to what I wanted within their basic builders range so we didn't need to pay for upgraded selections. Dealing with Kim the owner and Jodie in the office has been nothing but helpful and informative (I am sure I annoyed them with all my emails but never once did they make me feel that way) Considering they are completely custom home builders, their cost was incredibly competitive to the other players in the market. They created a floor plan exactly to what we wanted and did not once hurry us or make us feel bad for going back and forth until we got the plan exactly right for us. They were completely up front with their build timeframes (9 months from first day onsite), which I think is really reasonable in the current market. Aaron our SS was incredibly thorough with our PCI inspection and has left us with a very beautiful and structural solid finished home. Bella have gone above and beyond and we are so happy with the final product.

Could not rate the team at Bella high enough when building my first new home. Particularly Esmeralda has been extremely patient and understanding, her expertise has made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone starting out or looking for a custom design.

We have been designing our house with Sheridan at Bella and she has been amazing. Always so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The process has been enjoyable and very up front. There haven’t been any surprises cost wise and non of our questions or request have been too hard. We feel like we have definitely made the right decision building with Bella and we are very happy customers.

We're thrilled with our Bella Home! We chose a custom design, and the inclusions exceeded our expectations. The pricing was fair, especially given the above-average quality compared to most builders. Bella was our third builder, and they truly delivered a quality home, standing out from our previous experiences with other builders.

A big thank you to Bella homes for building a beautiful house for us. Glen from the sales centre is very knowledgable and helped us in adjusting the plan with our requirements. He has gone above and beyond with our queries and always reachable and attended to our queries soon. Vicky helped a lot in colour selection and responded to our queries too. We did not have to go for much upgrades as their standard range has quality produts with nice colours. Kim who is their director is also very knowledgable and helped us a lot throughout the building process. All other team members including the supervisor Jay did a good job of building a quality house for us. Bella is highly recommend to anyone without a doubt as you can moved to a fully completed house with no issues and with a fair cost.
