Our dream house was finally completed before Christmas. Thanks to the hard work of every team member at Tailored Homes. The house is not only beautiful in appearance, but every detail inside is beautiful and practical. I’m thrilled with the home Tailored Homes built for me. The design is modern and stylish, while the layout is super functional for everyday life. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making the space both luxurious and easy to live in. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home that balances form and function! Thank you for this amazing experience and the end product.

Working with Tailored Homes was an absolute pleasure. All their team members and staff were extremely kind and helped immensely bring my dream home to life, creating a space that is both stunning and highly functional. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. They highly value their clients and strive to create homes of top quality and comfort. From design to completion, the process was seamless, and the result greatly exceeded my expectations. On top of that, they were able to complete it just in time before Christmas, allowing my family to celebrate and spend the holiday season in our new dream home. I couldn't be happier with my new home. Thank you, Tailored Homes! Highly recommend!

We purchased a completely run down property with the intention to renovate the front half (keeping as much of the original character as possible), knock down the 1950's fibro extension and rebuild a new modern extension. The floors/walls and ceilings were all in a terrible state of damp/mould/broken plaster/cave in or all of the above. We gave our scope of work to 6 builders and design/build firms - half of them wouldn't touch it, two of them quoted us an absolute fortune, and Tailored Homes came back with alternatives and solutions so we could build to the quality we were asking for while staying within our budget. Once the work kicked off they were always responsive to our questions and kept us in the loop, helping us through the many decisions required to get the build done. Most things went to plan and ultimately the build came in pretty much on time and on budget even with the Covid lock-downs and timber shortages. If we build again we will definitely be coming back to Tailored Homes as our preferred builder.

We had an extension completed with Tailored Homes. It included a living area, kitchen, dining, laundry, bedroom and ensuite as well as a covered deck. It more than doubled the size of the house. Right from the start, Moustafa and then Mo made us feel listened to. They were quick with their quote, which was reasonable in value and they were responsive to our concerns and questions. Mo project managed the build. He is an excellent communicator, always making us feel at ease. He helped us with documentation from the council and the progress of the approval of our build through the Sutherland Shire Council. At each stage of the build he kept us updated with site meetings at important stages of the build. When Janeen visited the build site, her opinions were listened to and valued. The trades people that Mo engaged stepped Janeen through what was happening, addressing our concerns and working with us to fulfill our vision. Mo has a great eye for detail and a good sense of style, and really felt like a partner in the build rather than just our builder. After the completion of the build, when we had questions, Mo continued to be responsive to our queries, quickly resolving any of our concerns. The final build is better than we could have imagined. It is a stylish, light filled space that we are very happy with. We’ve had a few visitors to our house since its completion who have been impressed by the quality of the finishes and how inviting the space is, and everyone has asked who the builder was. If we were to do another renovation we would definitely go back to Tailored Homes. We would highly recommend Tailored Homes to anyone considering a renovation.

We had a great overall experience with Mo and the team at TH. Most of all the group communication was fantastic which meant the guys never missed a beat. Our project finished on schedule even though we made some sizeable changes to our renovation plans half way through. Highly recommended.
