I have worked with Damir from Split Building for the last 10 years on many residential projects. He is a high quality builder who has impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills. We've been working with Damir since 2022 regarding the building of our future home. He worked with us as a consultant throughout the design stage from the very beginning with our building designer, providing us with his expertise regarding the buildability of the design and ensuring we were informed on how our choices fit within our budget. He was (and still is) patient with our regular 101 questions as first-timers. Damir is now part-way through building our forever home and is showing a continuation of his professionalism, commitment to and expertise in excellent construction methodology and passion for energy-efficient, healthy and comfortable buildings executed in the form of a (aiming for certification) Passivhaus. His high level of attention for detail and pursuit of quality at every stage is incredibly comforting to novices like us and makes the daunting experience of building your own home more an exciting one than a stressful one.
