I chose South Beach Building to complete our renovation for one major reason - I could count on them for a quality home built right the first time, without shortcuts, and avoiding stressful and expensive re-work in the future. Our project was a large, technical and unique build, with many unexpected challenges along the way. Luke and the team worked through the complex project methodically, with understanding and dedication to deliver the outcome we wanted, whilst being easy to deal with. We used South Beach Building to do the inside/outside renovation to our home which was very much needed. Luke the owner of South Beach Building and his awesome team were extremely friendly, easy to deal with, acted professional and kind and nothing was a problem. Their workmanship was excellent, and we were kept updated on what work was going to be done as we were living in the house during the renovation. They made the whole process of the renovations so much easier for us. Luke offered great ideas during the renovation and the budget we gave him completed all the work we asked him to do. South Beach turned our old fibro house into a home we now love living in and having friends and family over. We highly recommend South Beach Building to anyone needing a home renovation and will continue doing so if anyone who asks about our renovations.
