Sadly we will not be proceeding but we are so thankful and impressed at the integrity and pure honesty that Shane worked through with us what we were in for and the importance of having a clear picture of what was in front of us. Having been in the building industry for over 40 years I have rarely experienced this level of genuine customer focus - we really wanted to do a project with Shane but unfortunately on this occasion we have to own the fact that our aspirations don't match our means.

I have also never seen a more tidy building site. Shane’s pride in his work, attention to detail and exceptional after care once the project is completed are second to none. We feel very fortunate that Shane was our builder and we could not be more happy with the stunning result!

Our coastal home was staged over several years Shane and his crew were undoubtedly the only choice for this high-end project on the NSW South Coast. Their attention to detail was remarkable and the final result came in at a fair & reasonable cost. It is easy to give a positive review to a recent construction when all elements are new. The real value of a construction job is seen as the home ages. We have lived in our house for 7 years without a need for a contractor call-back: no roof leaks, no floor tile cracking, etc. This is a credit to Simpson & Co builders and the excellent subcontractor team that they assembled. In short, our experience has shown that the best builder for a high quality home is Simpson & Co Projects. John Morrissey

Always gets the job done in spite of hiccups eg Covid etc. After the job is completed, Shane is always available for any follow ups.Shane is the first choice, ALWAYS, when I require any building/renovating etc.
