Could not recommend Phil Martin and his team more highly. Very communicative, reliable and a high standard of work at every level. We undertook a major renovation in the Inner West of Sydney and the project was on time and budget overs were due to unforeseen issues with the old sewer system and the old wiring, which had been flagged up front for replacement. It makes what can be a stressful process, much more enjoyable and left us with the home of our dreams.

We had significant structural damage and water ingress into our home so started a Google search for a building company. We happened to stumble upon remedial builders and Tamer Mikhail from Restorial Building Services. From the very beginning, there was a level of trust with excellent communication and transparency. As with all building works, especially remedial work, there are always variations. These were considered with the end result in mind as well as the cost to us. Tamer’s team hit the ground running and all trades were respectful and completed the work to a very high standard, always considering the smallest details. We thoroughly recommend Tamer and his team at Restorial Building. One year later we decided to renovate the interior of the house following the remedial work. We once again called on Tamer and his team from Restorial Building Services. We were so confident in Tamer's management skills and commitment to quality work, that we went away for 6 weeks and left him to it. It was a significant renovation...new bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation, carpet, painting, pergola, decking, epoxy driveway and paths and more. Chris, a master of many trades, was also an asset to the job where nothing was a problem and all work was completed to a high standard. Once again, we were extremely happy with Tamer, Chris and the Restorial team.

Our building had some defects, and Steven gave us a lot of professional advice about the process of finding an engineer ourselves instead of going through strata. This helped us avoid a $2M quote from strata, and with the help of a very good structural engineer he recommended, the issue was fixed for only $25,000. Thanks Steven.
