Have just got the keys for our new house, and am so happy. Pycon homes have been fantastic from start to finish and delivered on every aspect - timelines, quality, level of finish and budget. Our site supervisor Ashley was terrific and really made us feel like part of the build. Nothing was ever a problem, and he just kept things to the schedule. The team in the office were so good to deal with, particularly considering the list of extras we wanted. Lory was great with the colours and interior design, her knowledge and experience was so good. Then Kristy, Anna and Erin sorted all the paperwork so professionally. Not very often do you find a company who delivers exactly what they promised, but I can say Pycon have probably exceeded on what they promised us. Very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting a quality build and people who know how to deliver it. Some photos attached.

We've absolutely loved living in our new home for the past 2 months now. What a wonderful experience our family had with Pycon Homes. From the very beginning, the team were so patient with us while we quite literally re-designed their Drysdale design, in fact other than the master, I think every internal space was either moved or changed in some way, so the flexibility we had was something most builders don't allow, let alone encourage. We are in the middle of a 120-acre farm, 35 minutes outside of Port Macquarie, so capturing our outlook from inside was so important. I also had a very strong vision of 'Farmhouse Hamptons', which through selections Lory really supported in keeping me on track with plus offered ideas I wouldn't have thought of. Our beautiful double-sided wood fire now sits in the central heart of our home and our pink farmhouse door is exactly as I envisaged. In terms of their trades, it is clear they have all worked together for a long time. Lead by Sam our Site supervisor, who was just the best we can't fault them. We were a bit worried before we started being so far out of town, how trades coming out so far would go, but quickly realised there was no need - they were all phenomenal and our build started and finished well within our contracted period. We had a really difficult access point too with the home being built on the other side of a small timber bridge across our creek. It was quite remarkable to see their experience in successfully navigating it, especially on slab pouring day!! Simply put, Pycon's inclusions are incredible, trades professional, workmanship first class and the whole team are family, who are all welcome to our home any time. We contracted to build our new home through Pycon, which is how we met Erin. Erin took over the file after the initial conversations, to help us with our alterations and associated options. My wife said to her, that "I will be your worst nightmare", which Erin took in her stride. Despite many changes, discussions, face to face meeting and some Zoom meetings, Erin was always professional and keen to help. Erin kept assisting, even after the handover, when we had a minor issue with the front door lock, and an issue with the sparkie. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin for her "Can do" attitude helping us through a potentially stressful time.

About to commence our first build with Pycon Home & it’s off to a great start. Interior Designer Lory’s guidance on styles & colours was fantastic. Lory is easy to deal with, patient & she made the process so much easier. We look forward to seeing our vision come to life & working with the Pycon Homes team.

A big thank you to Erin in customer support — she was always warm, helpful, and incredibly organised, making everything feel that little bit easier. Michael, my site supervisor, was dependable and detail-focused, and I felt confident knowing he was overseeing the build. Lori, the interior designer, was amazing when it came to colour selections. Her guidance and eye for design really helped me feel confident in the choices I made, and the finished look is exactly what I hoped for. Belina, who designed my floor plan, took the time to understand how I wanted to live in the space and delivered something that is both beautiful and practical. And a special mention to Kristy, who stepped in at just the right moments to help me make decisions and gave me reassurance when I needed it. I'm so proud of the home we've created — thank you to the Pycon team for making the experience not just manageable, but genuinely enjoyable.
