  We are thrilled with the comfortable solar passive sustainable home On the Level Builders built for us. Scotty and his team are easy to communicate with and a delight to have on-site. Their carpentry and project management skills are excellent. Many aspects of our build weren't typical (e.g. waterless composting toilet, polished concrete floor, use of recycled materials, our preference for non-toxic materials, cavity battens, and extensive use of hardwood) but Scotty and the team never questioned our preferences and implemented our specifications with care. Scotty provided excellent advice during the planning stages to help us design a comfortable home within our budget. We highly recommend On the Level Builders.

  We had the privilege of working with Scott, Summer and the team from On The Level to build our home. As this was our first time building a home, we were a little nervous. But finding someone local, with local knowledge, local connections, and who was able to walk us through the whole process made this a fantastic experience. Scott and his team were so professional. They were reliable, on budget and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The quality and know how of the team and the tradies they work in partnership with, was amazing. Great communicators who genuinely listen to clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better home that is quality through and through. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Scotty and his team couldn't have been better. Scotty was a great communicator and made sure we knew what was happening and when. Even before the construction started he was invaluably in helping us plan and casting a builders eye over our ideas to make them better. His boys worked hard and to a high standard but were never too busy to say hi. They kept a clean site and easily navigated around our family. The end product is outstanding and exceeded anything we had planned.

  Tracey and I contracted Scott and his team ( On The Level Building) to build an extension to our house comprising a master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and a new colour bond roof. Our house is a 70’s brick house with timber infills under the windows, and my brief to Scott was to make the addition as sympathetic as possible. We didn’t want our new extension to look like a tack on. What can I say “ Scotty you nailed it “ ( excuse the pun ). Scott had timber cladding machined to match the existing, the roofline is cut in beautifully and the interior mouldings are perfect. All the tradies were not only highly skilled but also great people , nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t be happier with On The Level Building. Scott and Summer will without doubt be our go to for future work , as a matter of fact the are returning in a few months. Thank you Kevin & Tracey Swain

  We've just completed a substantial renovation whilst living onsite. We've doubled our floor area which includes new master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, new family bathroom, new kitchen, lounge and diner, new laundry and walk-in pantry. We could not be happier with the result. Choosing On The Level Builders for the job turned out to be a great decision. The whole team are just a lovely happy bunch of guys, always respectful and nothing was ever too hard. Scott communicated consistently, so we always knew who to expect onsite and when. There were never any 'no shows' and most importantly their work is of the highest quality. There was nothing they couldn't do and they were so easy to work with. We would highly recommend On The Level to anyone.
