  Anthony and his team at Northbuilt completed our first floor addition and renovation in August 2025 and we are beyond thrilled. The challenge was to design and build a new story to complement the existing home and its character, as well as building in BAL40. Anthony and his team were incredibly professional and they really listened to what we wanted. The project came in on budget and any additions were at our request. Our site manager Joey clearly had good relationships with the trades used to bring it all together in a timely way. The finishes and details were of a high standard and we were impressed with the final staircase and materials used. Their in-house designer reworked many of our designs to land on what we wanted and recommended some great options for us to consider. We’d like to thank the whole team at Northbuilt for our beautiful home.

  We completed a significant renovation and first floor addition in Oct 2025 with Northbuilt and are delighted with the results. Anthony Koura and site foreman Joe Ayoub are excellent communicators which we really appreciated. The pricing was transparent and the overruns were our decisions. Unexpected challenges were tackled pragmatically and they stuck to the timetable. Happy to recommend Northbuilt to anyone considering a renovation.

  We commissioned Northbuilt to undertake a significant renovation of our family home in Killara at the end of 2023. We selected Northbuilt based on Anthony Koura’s approach during our initial discussions, the detail included in his quotation and the references provided by three recent clients. Anthony promised an engaging and interactive approach and he and his site foreman Joey Ayoub followed through on this commitment. They closely managed all trades to ensure a very high quality build and kept all parties on track to complete the build on time and in budget. When contingencies arose, Anthony was responsive and extremely cost-conscious - ensuring that we stayed within our budget. We could not be happier with the outcome or the process. It was a pleasure to deal with such professionals and I thoroughly recommend Northbuilt based on quality, efficiency and their caring and communicative approach.

  Anthony, Mel and the whole Northbuilt team were absolute professionals throughout the entire quote, build and DLP process. It's hard to find honest, hardworking builders these days and these guys absolutely delivered. They managed to do a significant Reno in 3 months to minimise the time we spent out of the house, and have been wonderful communicators every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better builder, we will use them again in future!

Anthony and his team worked seamlessly from start to finish to realise my vision - they were professional, courteous and tidy! Any trouble spots along the way were discussed with me, giving me various options and cost-effective solutions.   I couldn't be happier with my Kitchen renovation and new floorboards done by Anthony and the Northbuilt team. Anthony and his team really looked after me during the whole process from a great design done by Mark through to installation and completion. The communication was great throughout the whole process and the tradesmen were kind in helping me out with minor repairs and jobs while on site. My experience was fantastic; nothing was too much trouble and everyone was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Anthony and Northbuilt team to everyone! Thank you for everything 😊
