Mitch is reliable, professional and easy to deal with. He always calls back, communicates clearly and does exactly what he says he’s going to do. That alone is rare these days. His team are great to have on site — respectful, hardworking and always in good spirits. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and that reflects in the quality of the finished product.   We engaged the services of Nexlevel Constructions Pty Ltd to build a carport, which required Construction Certificate approval. As the nominated Owner Builder for this project, I relied heavily on Mitch’s advice and expertise. The carport construction met all specified requirements - where the Council representative who was the designated Principal Certifying Authority for the project, passed each inspection and commented on the high standard of craftsmanship. Nexlevel Constructions carried out additional works to the carport including fitting a ceiling, a mezzanine storage locker and the installation of lighting and power. Additionally extensive work was conducted on the dwelling fascia, involving barge board replacement and the installation of Colorbond flashing. Residents in our street volunteered their positive comments about our new carport and front fascia, as well as the professionalism and conduct of the Nexlevel employees and contractors. We found Mitch and his team to be professional, enthusiastic and respectful. He kept us up to date on project progress and explained options, to provide the most desirable outcome. Last minute ‘on the job’ adjustments, to accommodate our preferences, were made without a fuss. Mitch provided detailed information regarding costs. We highly recommend Nexlevel Constructions as we would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

  We had a fantastic experience with Nexlevel Constructions. These guys have to be be best operators on the Northern Beaches right now. Mitch is very responsive on emails and messages, really knows his stuff and is clearly a first-class operator, very clear on what is happening and honest on any changes that are required. Mitch and his guys worked so hard, they were so nice and considerate, and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Mitch and his team did a complex addition to our house. The extension had to build according to Bushfire Attack Level FZ. The entire project was done professionally, great craftmanship, and there was great communication during the entire project. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Mitch and his team again for any future projects. Refreshing to see that constructions projects can be done on time on budget.

  We had Mitch from Nexlevel come to our house to build a granny flat. We were so happy with Mitch’s work. He did a quality job and came in under budget and Finnished the job to a top quality in under our time frame. I would highly recommend the team at Nexlevel to anybody and they will definitely getting a call back from us for our next job.
