  We have an old house in Saratoga on the Central Coast which we love but was desperately in need a major renovation We looked at moving or knocking down and having a new rebuild - we had heard horror stories of renovations. Matt was highly recommended to us by a family member. Right from the beginning we were impressed by his communication & organisation. He did not disappoint us . We had a total house renovation. New roof, walls, windows doors, skylights, ceilings , insulation. Rooms were moved, new staircase, two new bathrooms new powder room, new laundry There is very little left of the old house except its character! I cannot say how much I enjoyed every minute of this process. Matt has great attention to detail, amazing communication, brilliant co ordination of all the trades involved that meant the whole project took only about 6 weeks!!!!! If he said he would be starting at 7 am he and his crew were at the front door 10 mins before ready to start work on time! Each day the site was left tidy & organised ,all the different trades people were like Matt- professional, excellent skills and lots of fun to work with. Matt worked really well with our interior decorator and I felt that Matt was aware we had a limited budget and was happy to offer solutions that gave me the look I wanted at a price I could afford. We came in on budget, were able to ask for some extra work with our contingency and planning further work outside the house with Matt. I cannot praise him and his team enough
