Lean 2 Constructions

When we met Josh, we were very impressed, but decided to check out the 3 referances he gave us. True to form - his past clients vouched for him and praised his work ethic and accurate costings. We embarked on a reno journey with Josh and his team in a unit that they stripped bear and started again from scratch. We do not have enough praise for our experience working with Lean 2 Construction. Josh's communication style, willingness to solve all problems that arose (sometimes very technical), managing his team and staying on top of costings is quite admirable. We followed an easy, constructive and very positive process. We have moved in and settled into our appartment and still the Lean 2 team work on the property for anything that is needed. Another commendable aspect of Lean 2 is that Josh's team have all worked for him for a very long time, they are a tight unit of skill and varied trades and they all work with the business ethos and work ethic that Josh sets as the example. We would definitely build with Josh again and we highly recommended his services.

If attention to detail & quality sits higher on your list of priorities than price, then Josh is your man. I knew from our first meeting I was dealing with someone who was passionate about the quality of their work and was logical problem solver with common sense, something I could relate to. We were pretty much on the same page from day one. It only took a couple of trips early in the project for me to become comfortable leaving it entirely in Josh's hands to manage what was initially a moderate sized renovation that became a total strip out, all with me being located 500km away. Building in Jindy will always have its challenges compared to metro areas and it will test your patience, but the end result Josh and his team achieved with my house was well worth it. Plus, he's a pretty decent bloke too!

The team at Lean 2 were helpful, professional and built our deck to a high standard. Even after several years in the harsh environment we live in, the deck still looks brand new and has not warped, faded or shifted at all. High quality work and would recommend.
