Our experience with the Laksh team has been amazing. From the very beginning—starting with planning our home—right through to completion, the team was incredibly supportive and helpful. The professionalism shown by the selection team was truly appreciated. While we did experience some delays, they were outside anyone’s control. What really stood out was Soham’s honesty and transparency—he was upfront about the issues and clearly explained what was happening, which is rare in the building industry. Despite these challenges, the team worked hard to recover time and personally oversaw the build to ensure we received handover before the end of the year. A special mention to Soham and JD for going above and beyond to make this happen. Another big positive is the after-handover support. Even after completion, the team has been responsive and proactive in fixing any items that needed attention. Having heard some negative building experiences from family and friends, we were initially cautious, but Laksh handled everything very differently. The team was always clear and upfront about variation costs, with no surprises after signing the contract or once construction commenced. We would confidently recommend Laksh, especially to first-home buyers. Thank you to Soham, JD, and the entire team for turning our dream home into reality.

We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend Laksh Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible builder. As with any new build, there were naturally a few issues that came up during and after construction — but what truly stood out was the way the Soham, JD, Shyamal and their team handled them. This made the whole experience far less stressful They paid attention to every detail and still met all the deadlines, which we really appreciated. I hope they continue to go from strength to strength, taking on more projects and delivering the same high standards to future clients
