Ryan installed a new deck for us. From the first phone call Ryan was very professional and always very prompt with all correspondence. Nothing was ever a hassle for Ryan even though we made some adjustments to the original quote along the way. Ryan and his team were punctual, very approachable and easy to talk to which made the whole process enjoyable. He always kept us up to date with how things were going. He was very knowledgeable and we are very happy with the design he came up with for our space. We would definitely go back to Ryan for future projects.

Homestead Building Projects was recommended to me by a family member who works in the industry. He praised Ryan’s professional skills and his integrity, Ryan delivered these. From the beginning of this renovation Ryan was able to listen to my essentials list, my thoughts and my dreams in renovating sections of my 70-year-old house. He was able to synthesise these into a realistic renovation that entailed lots of problem solving and doable on my budget. This resulted in a great layout considering function and aesthetics. It entailed, shifting the laundry, and extending bathroom and kitchen, relocating front door and designing a stunning set of entrance stairs, and creating a bedroom from an existing uninhabitable old extension. I now have a great entrance, a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable new bedroom and great access to my courtyard. The work included demolition, reconfiguring and rebuilding. At every stage, Ryan managed his own team and the contractors who also were involved. Ryan led his team with enthusiasm and professionalism. He has high expectations for his individual team members and for all other tradies who work on site. They showed respect in working in someone else’s home and were dog friendly and safe aware! This meant a smooth process for me. The renovations had its typical hurdles, weather etc. Ryan always managed these with seamless efficiency and flexibility. I love living in my new additions.

Ryan and his team recently replaced numerous external doors for us. We were extremely happy with the entire process and the result. Ryan was responsive, rapidly visited to measure up for a quote, which was very reasonable. He has a great team working with him, very pleasant and personable as well as being very competent. Ryan's communication skills cannot be faulted, at all stages were knew what was happening or about to happen. At the end of the job all the mess was cleaned up. I will use Homestead Building projects again, next time I have work to be done on the house. Annabelle

We recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan who we contacted to renovate and fully enclose our sunroom at the front of our home. The results exceeded our expectations and the transformation has been nothing short of spectacular. We had a general idea of what we wanted but from the very first consultation, he listened carefully to our vision, demonstrated a deep understanding of the project and offered thoughtful and helpful suggestions. Ryan was professional and communicated with us every step of the way. He is clearly committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Not every thing went smoothly during the renovation (factors outside his control) but he was always a phone call away and quickly resolved the issues that arose to our immense satisfaction. What was once an underused space is now a beautifully finished, light-filled room that feels like a natural extension of our home. If you're considering a renovation, we can't recommend Ryan highly enough. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets him apart. PS: Even the postman commented how great the reno looked!

Homestead did our recent renovations and we are really happy with the result. What started as 2x bathroom renovations ended up that, plus a laundry and a kitchen renovation. Ryan and his team were super flexible and accommodating to our changes, offered valuable advice and did a great job across all of our renovations. Ryan was always contactable and quick to respond to any of our concerns, questions or ideas. The team is friendly, reliable and honest, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Homestead again for any future work.
