Thank you to Eric and the team at Granny Flat Approvals for the incredible service we've received so far! The experience in getting our granny flat approved and locking in a building team has been faultless. From our very first interaction, Eric has been an absolute standout. He took the time and effort to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. We never once felt rushed or like we were just another number. His dedication to ensuring we understood everything made a potentially daunting process feel manageable and even exciting. Eric's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his clients truly shine through. Looking forward to updating this review once the build is finished. Thanks again!

Serge was great to work with, he handled all of the council requirements for a custom build. He was open and honest with his communication and alerted me to all of the possible fees required up front as I didn’t want any surprises. If there was an unforeseen cost due to the custom build, he advised me right away before making any decisions. Serge goes above and beyond for his clients!
