We are extremely pleased with the extension and addition designed by Gardner Constructions. The team took the time to understand exactly what we were hoping to achieve and delivered a result that exceeded our expectations. Every question we had—big or small—was answered promptly and clearly, and their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Their quoting is also extremely detailed and costings were completely transparent from the outset, which gave us full confidence. The service was truly impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We built a second level extension last year with Gardner design and construction (2024). Our site manager Shaun and head carpenter Brayden were fabulous. What a great team! We lived downstairs while the build was happening which took approximately 6 months. We couldn't have asked for more. The communication, scheduled meetings, professional and friendly manner, cleanliness, taking pride in their work, going above and beyond to please a high maintenance partner, and ability to take the time to explain things in detail - it was all a 5 star service. A build can be stressful but this was such a fun, exciting, and positive experience. Our builders became our extended family. In the end we (including our 5 year old daughter) were sad to say goodbye. We were in such good hands and everything they did was to the highest standard. As a first build we feel blessed that we engaged this established and highly skilled construction and design company with owners (and brothers) Matt and Owen Gardner. There were no complaints from any of our neighbours. In fact they were so clean, tidy, respectful, and professional that our neighbours and friends are interested in going with our builders. We love what they have built for our family. We will always look back fondly and with gratitude for this amazing experience and outcome. A final comment... Since the build we have had people in the street give us such lovely feedback about our beautiful home. We've also had a few buyers agents express interest in purchasing the property. We aren't leaving any time soon! We highly recommend Gardner construction and design. Thanks Gardner team, from the happiest elves in the Eastern Suburbs xxx

We found Gardner Construction to be a totally reliable Company. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship were excellent. In addition, we appreciated the communication process, we were always "kept in the loop" on what was going on. My wife and I are extremely happy with our renovation, the team did a great job and we would recommend Gardner Construction to anyone considering renovations on their home. Lee

Gardner Construction built our house in 2018. They made an amazing job. Both in the quality of construction and design of our joinery. Owen gave great advice throughout the process regarding design, buildability and costings. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to discuss variations and changes with integrity and mutual trust which helped promote a great working relationship. Gardner's site manager (Alex) ensured that the quality and progress was second to none. We were so impressed by the quality and diligence of the company and its employees who actually made the building experience enjoyable. We have recommended the company to friends and acquaintances and shall continue to do so.
