My beautiful home is now 8 years old and building with Michael Milosevic and Felton Constructions was a 'genius' move as one of my friends likes to tell me. Any visitor, family member, acquaintance or even passers-by tell me all the time how beautiful my home is and what great workmanship it has. I was shown such respect and care by everyone on the job, designers, tradespeople, foremen ...everyone and it was the honesty of the company that I was most impressed with. Can highly recommend them. We feel blessed to have found Felton Constructions. Their professionalism and build quality was outstanding. It’s important to mention that they are architects as well as master builders and we loved the efficiency that brought to the project. As architects they were very in tune with the style we wanted to achieve and they nailed it straight off the bat. Their interior designers are very talented and this streamlined the project even more. There were no defects upon completion and 3 years later it remains that way! We loved working with them.

We built our home with Felton 10 years ago. Our home was very well built back then and has withstood the test of time. The quality of materials and workmanship was second to none. Michael, Max and Carlie Milosevic were fantastic to work with, and we enjoyed what can be a stressful process with their client focused attention and good humour. We have no regrets building with Felton and if we ever build again would use Felton.

The team at Felton, including Michael, Max and Carlie built our home 7 years ago. We had a wonderful experience with our house build, despite all the warnings we were given about building homes (generally speaking). We consulted with over 10 builders, before we finally settling on Felton, so they were the our top pick, from quite a large bunch - and they didn't disappoint. Their approach, attention to detail, professionalism and communication, were all top notch; and the building team they had working with them, were really the very best. Lots of years experience working with Felton; and always very efficient and professional in every way. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. best regards. Tim

My wife and I had spoken with a number of architects and associated builders before deciding on using Felton to build our new home. The reasons why we chose Felton were; it's a family business, Michael is a man who honours his word and our deal was more a hand shake and an agreement to trust and do right by each other, Felton is a complete offering - architectural, building construction, and interior design services under one roof where Felton manages the entire process - truly a "turn key" solution, and finally their attention to detail, pride in their work and quality standards were something to be admired. Max and Carlie were a delight to work with on what was an exacting build and at times a difficult one as most of it occurred during COVID lockdowns. I wouldn't hesitate to use Felton if I were to build again.
