From start to finish working with the Federation Team was so easy. They helped us design the perfect Granny Flat unit for my mother who lives with dementia, ensuring her safety and comfort and needs were their number one priority. Nothing was too much trouble and making changes , even at the last minute was met with a positive, can do attitude. The finishes are high quality and I was so grateful to the design team for their assistance . Communication was efficient and timely at every step. The team moved heaven and earth and a very wet culvert , to get mum in before Christmas . We couldn’t be happier with their post install service and attention to detail.
