I can highly recommend Custom Home Builders (CHB) to anyone seeking a building company that is honest, professional and committed to high quality workmanship. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Initially, we were considering a project home company assuming it would be the quickest path to completing our build. Our architectural designer suggested we meet with Julian & Leon from CHB to consider the best options for delivering our home on time and within budget. From the very first meeting, every question we asked was answered openly and without bias. I am more than pleased we engaged CHB for our build, from the initial quote to handover the project ran smoothly. Julian and Leon were always approachable, communicated clearly and made the experience stress free. Our new home was completed within the expected time frame and met our budget – a testament to their professionalism and project management. Thank you to Julian, Leon & the entire CBH team.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Custom Home Builders during our renovation in Petersham. From day one, they were incredibly honest and trustworthy, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the entire process. They worked extremely hard, kept everything within budget, and most importantly got us moved in on time — something that felt almost impossible at the start. The quality and craftsmanship of their work is second to none, and they genuinely exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The team was always willing to go over and above, whether it was problem-solving, accommodating requests, or making sure every detail was finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend Customer Home Builders to anyone considering a renovation or build. Carlo and Em

We engaged CH builders to rebuild and renovate our newly purchased commercial premises in Pymble. As we were transitioning from one premises to another, timing and execution were critical. After chatting with Julian we were comfortable they could deliver and we were not disappointed. Julian was always available to discuss any questions we had and offer timely advice throughout the process. Leon stepped in on occasions at short notice to solve any problems to ensure the works kept moving forward. Not only was the build finished to the highest standard but ahead of schedule, which for us was a fantastic outcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending CH builders and have already referred them to several of our clients. Thanks again Julian, Leon & team. Michael Doran Director Belle Property Pymble

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Custom House Builders by a friend and how lucky was I. From start to finish they were amazing. Leon and Julian made a fait quote for the job and put forward a time line. The job was completed on Time and Budget. This in itself made them worth their weight in gold. Their work ethic and customer service is second to none. Julian's ability to keep me up to date with progress and making sure all the necessary material was present and correct and Leon's exactness and precession with building makes them a formidable team. If you are lucky enough to get a quote from these guys grab it with both hands. You won't regret it.
