Vlade was essential to getting our home renovation done right. Renovating in Sydney (Inner West) is complex and stressful, especially if it is your first time, so having someone who understood how all the pieces fit together made a huge difference. Vlade coordinated between multiple parties (builders, architects, draftsmen, etc.), articulated the timeline, and helped keep track of all the moving parts. When issues came up during the project, he knew how to address them without derailing everything else. He also helped us understand our options at each stage, taking out a lot of the guesswork. Vlade is a good communicator and helped explain a lot of jargon plus demystify all the required documentations We always knew where things stood and what was coming next and would happily recommend Vlade and the Construction Concierge team to anyone .

Vlade from Construction Concierge helped us find a builder, held them accountable for the works completed and helped deal with complaints from neighbours. The renovation was still stressful but they made process a lot easier. Can't imagine what it would have been like without their help. Thanks Vlade

The Construction Concierge team helped make our project a reality. Vlade's attentiveness in ensuring we were happy and looked after throughout the process was excellent, and we were able to deliver our project within our budget and on schedule. Headaches within the project were addressed quickly, and we were kept in the loop regarding each stage of the project. Construction Concierge were able to bring together a team of builders, joiners, and other specialist disciplines to turn our previously cold and dark house into a warm and welcoming home. Would happily work with them again, and recommend them with no reservations.
