  Build by the Sea have just finished our renovation, they have taken an old 1930's fibro cottage and reworked the entire building. We wanted to keep the charm of the old building, but wanted it to be a modern beach style home. On all fronts they have exceeded our expectations, build quality and finish is first class. We would highly recommend them to any who wanted a quality home, both the main tradies who worked on our project were fantastic. Thank you Sam and all at Build by the Sea.

  The renovation done to our house by Build by the SEA is amazing. As we were not living here while it was done there was lots of phone and email communication between us and Sam and Katie. This communication was always easy going but professional at the same time. Sam and Katie are both a pleasure to deal with.... NOTHING was to much trouble to them. We can now sit back and relax in our home by the sea.

Their understanding of our vision combined with an absolute can do attitude resulted in a beautifully finished new deck and roof that is beyond our wildest dreams and all done on schedule.   I am a retired infrastructure engineer and had some 40 years of experience in construction industry and had also done major extensions to our home in Sydney. This time I was looking for a builder who can just take the brief and run with it. The day I called Sam I was impressed with his immediate response. BBTS has done an excellent jobs. Their in-house team is second to none. Also their local subcontractors are very good. We had some difficult time due to very bad weather along the east coast but BBTS managed the difficult situation well. I have no hesitation to recommend BBTS to any one who is looking for a builder.

  As we live 1300 kms away from our home working in central Queensland, it was very calming to feel that everything was being organised, monitored and expertly coordinated. We would never have had access to trades people who were able to work on our behalf at such short notice. The finish and the transformation of the house was beyond our expectations and would not have been possible without the expertise of Katie Fowler. The regular updates, phone calls, photos and excellent suggestions all combined to give service that was nothing short of superb.
