He was very personable and provided us with so many great ideas to improve our place. As a result our apartment is so much more liveable than we ever imagined. Joe happily worked with our interior designer and followed the designs to a tee. He has great relationships with trades and together they got a great outcome. He always followed through with what he said he'd do and was very thorough and considered. He had great problem solving for all the weird curve balls that our 100+yr old apartment threw at him, and as a result we have a renovation that is sympathetic to the apartment origins but brought into the future. We would happily recommend working with Joe on any construction project!

The Christmas period is almost impossible to enlist a builder and so many were just not responsive, but we called Joe and he squeezed us in and provided a comprehensive and reasonable quotation .I would definitely recommended Joe for consultation. His years of building experience is well worth it.

The costs were to be paid for by me and then reimbursed by the council- as such he had to liaise with the council and keep within their strict guidelines regarding protecting the tree itself. I couldn’t have asked for a better builder than Joe - he advised them on the best course of action and in turn complied with all their requirements which in itself was a delicate operation. I am thrilled that my wall and steps now looks brand new and what’s more because of his diplomacy skills in dealing with the council I have now received a full refund on all expenses incurred by me. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a builder- he knows his work and has an honest and open manner. Thanks heaps Joe.

Our renovation involved a full gutting of our apartment, removal of a structural wall, movement of plumbing and piping, new floors, electrical works, plastering, painting and more. Joe accurately priced our job outlining any possible variations and their cost. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and on time. He was fantastic at communicating with us throughout the project so that we always had a clear picture of where our renovation was at! Thanks Joe!
