We had a similar situation to another reviewer, with Balding Constructions stepping in after a not-so-great experience with another builder. Trent, Mitch and the team at Balding Constructions were fantastic from start to finish—honest, trustworthy, reliable and highly skilled. They supported us throughout the process, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality workmanship with obvious pride in what they do. The team was punctual, tidy, respectful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What started as a very stressful situation was turned into a genuinely positive experience, with the project completed to a high standard. We wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend Balding Constructions to anyone looking for a builder they can truly trust.

We brought Trent and the Team at Balding Constructions in after another builder left our project in terrible shape, the job half finished and full of mistakes. We couldn’t be more grateful for their work. From day one, they were professional, honest, and incredibly skilled. They quickly identified the issues, explained everything clearly, and delivered high-quality workmanship that exceeded our expectations. Their team was punctual, tidy, respectful, and transparent throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much pride they take in their craftsmanship—something we didn’t experience the first time around. They turned a very stressful situation into a fantastic experience. We can’t thank them enough for restoring our confidence and completing the project beautifully. We 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality builder. Wouldn’t use anyone else - Highly recommend!
