  We met Brad as one of three potential builders for our home. Three quickly became two — and the decision was made the day we visited one of Brad’s completed projects. His attention to detail and genuine pride in his work were immediately evident, reinforced by the glowing review from the homeowner one year after completion. Today, we feel incredibly fortunate to count ourselves among Brad’s completed projects and extremely satisfied clients, grateful to have secured Aurei’s services. From the outset, we felt we were engaging an honest, trustworthy and exceptionally capable builder — and we were not disappointed. At every stage of the build, we felt reassured through proactive communication, transparency and confident leadership. Brad’s calm and solutions-focused approach ensured we always understood the process, particularly when navigating the complexities of our design. The feedback from our neighbours echoed our own experience. They consistently praised Brad and his team — not only for the professionalism and respect shown onsite, but for their uncompromising standards. One neighbour remarked, “You’ve got a great builder there — he doesn’t accept ‘okay’ and has called subcontractors back to meet his standards.” That commitment to excellence was evident throughout the entire build. Aurei’s personal investment in our project was exceptional. Brad offered thoughtful aesthetic and practical suggestions along the way, many of which we adopted and which have significantly enhanced the final outcome. Ours was not a simple build. We were advised by multiple industry professionals that the structural and architectural elements pushed boundaries — from steel bent to its limits, to bespoke glazing undertaken by only one glazier in Australia, to the striking internal roof design that Brad personally researched and sourced from a single supplier in Western Australia. Significant remediation works were also uncovered once construction commenced. Each challenge was managed with transparency, clear communication and careful discussions balancing budget considerations with build integrity. Brad and the Aurei team delivered not just a house, but a home of exceptional quality. Their integrity, craftsmanship and unwavering standards set them apart.   I would like to say a massive thank you to the guys at Aurei Group for the works they have done at the Globe Apartments over the last while. The guys on site have been great to deal with and we thank you for fixing lots of ongoing issues in the building. It was a shame to see you guys packing up the site on Saturday but grateful to have got to say bye and thank you in person. Also a huge thanks to the guys who fixed many of my personal items whilst being here that have been broken for sometime. I wish you all the best with your next project.

  We feel very fortunate to have engaged Aurei Group to work on our 100-year old home, adding an extension and renovating the existing bathroom. We are first time renovators and were a bit nervous at the start but Aurei has really delivered in the areas of quality, integrity, and communication. Everything from preparing the site to the final detailing was handled with care and professionalism. I'm a total layperson so I don't know how to describe just how good everything is. These surfaces are not just smooth and straight - they are next level. The design has a lot of interesting angles but everything fits together so well. Brad's team and his subcontractors obviously enjoy their work and take pride in a great result. The site had a few surprises that were only uncovered after work began. Previous owners had done work on the house that was unsafe (borderline scary). Brad doesn't take shortcuts and keeps a cool head. He doesn't bury a problem, so you can trust that the final result will be safe for your family.

As Chairperson and Treasurer of Strata Plan 4032, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Mr. Gallivan and his team on the façade construction of our building. Initially, we were advised by the local council that a Complying Development Certificate (CC) was required. However, upon submission, we were informed that a Development Application (DA) was necessary. Throughout this challenging process, Aurei Group remained exceptionally professional and accommodating. Thanks to Mr. Gallivan’s expertise, he was able to successfully guide our DA through council requirements, meticulously managing all communications with engineers, surveyors, architects, and private certifiers. His diligence ensured a seamless process despite the complexities involved. Aurei Group’s employees consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to workplace safety. They effectively navigated unforeseen conditions, adapted to schedule changes, and maintained project timelines without compromising standards.   My family appointed Aurei in 2023 to perform waterproofing remediation works together with necessary structural repairs to our home. Brad initially provided a competitive quote with no hidden extras, was always professional, well mannered,and during the course of the project, submitted regular updates for all steps involved, whilst attending the site each day inspecting works conducted by his chosen highly skilled team. If only there were more quality building companies such as Aurei in the market today, the industry would be in a much better position. I cannot recommend Aurei enough for those looking for excellence in building and remedial works. Thank you Brad and your wonderful team!
