It has been a great addition to our bathroom; we no longer need to turn on the lights, even on the darkest days.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently completed our attic job and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional and respectful throughout the entire process. They always left the site clean, made sure doors were closed and genuinely tried to minimise dust and noise as much as possible. The team communicated well with each other and it was always easy to reach them either on the phone or on site whenever we had questions. Now we have extra space that completely changes how we can use our home. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend AtticPlus. Terry had great ideas for where to put the skylights and which ones to use. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved and there were absolutely no surprises along the way. From start to finish, the job was completed very professionally. They turned up when they said they would and followed the work-plan exactly as discussed. The end result has totally transformed the room and I’m delighted with the result.

  Terry is a consummate professional who does what is says he will do when he says he will do it. Terry is equally an excellent communicator making sure the customer understands clearly the scope and cost of works along with what might culminate in a challenge resulting in a variation. William is highly skilled tradesman (who loves a chat). William is a measure twice cut once kinda of guy who delivers meticulous work. William clearly takes pride in his work with exceptional attention to detail. Lastly Terry and William have an incredible ability to put their heads together to problem solve as opposed to just giving up. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled with results delivered by Attic Plus and could not recommend them more highly. Job well done team Attic Plus!!

  AtticPlus were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I are very happy to have found and engaged with Dan and his team of builders (William and Jordan). First, AtticPlus were happy to perform an attic conversion in the upper Blue Mountains. Dan even invited us to view (with the owner's consent) a recent comparable attic conversion in Katoomba. Note that many other attic companies (and I rang several) were purportedly "Sydney-wide" but were NOT at all interested once I told them where we live... In regards to their services, Dan was friendly, extremely patient, and very thorough, helping us understand all of the available options (we settled on 30 sq metres of fully insulated dust-proof storage with a slightly steeper ladder). The job was scheduled with a short lead time. The work started precisely on time, and was completed faster than originally expected (with the final bill reduced to match)... Builders Jordan and William were truly phenomenal. Both were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. William was especially fast, and incredibly proficient. His expertise in attic conversions was immediately evident, and his attention to detail remarkable. The whole team spotting and resolving issues onsite, since I have a 120 year old home with a history of dodgy renovations by the previous owners. AtticPlus were also happy to take on some extra work in the roof space that my local builder had declined, while still finishing ahead of schedule, AND they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The final product looks absolutely great!! Just take a look at the before and after pics... AtticPlus were not the cheapest quote (but they seemed fair), however having gone with them, I don't think the level of service I received, and the quality of the final result could have been surpassed... The wife and I highly recommend AtticPlus.

  Terry and the team complete renovation of my house knocking out back of house, putting on a new roof, adding an addition floor and pretty much a rebuild. I initally got an attic ladder and some work done but didn't realise they do such extensive building work. The workmanship was excellent. I could not say enough about how easy it was to deal with the team; nothing was a problem. I would and have highly recommended Terry and the team to many of my friends. So so hard to find a good reliable builder but Terry and team are exceptional.
