  The 4 stars are for overall experience but just for customer service it’s 5 stars. I had the best experience in terms of customer service at Allcastle homes by Nick at Box Hill Homeworld. He made sure we got the best offer and really helped us and guided in journey to build our 1st home. Really recommend him.

  We used Allcastle to build the Sovereign (2 storey, 5 Bed + 4 Bath) during peak COVID in 2021. There were delays due to COVID however we still received a completed home within the promised 12 months. 12 months on we are satisfied with how the quality and finishes have held up overall. There are little gaps/cracks in paint and trim here and there but no major issues. The additional costing for electrical, 'upper end' finishes, fitting and equipment did take us a little bit by surprise at the time but reasonably priced no doubt. Overall, would recommend them and would definitely use them again in future.

  I had some paint quality issues after discussing with warranty team, They spent a lot of effort fixing it. It was problematic but now it is top end quality, appreciate to Nicole and warranty team and I would not regret to choose all castle. They do care about their customers.

  We are still in finalising contract stage. Luckily, we had Brad Miller helping with initial design and consulting. He has been very patient to my picky requirements and long delayed registration process. He carefully advised the best solution in balancing cost and values. We've also done first session for exterior colouring and some other amendments in head office. Justine and another lady helped me through lots detailed and quickly made other amendments I requested, very smooth process. They are always responsive to my phone calls, SMS and emails. I already referred my friend to go with them. Looking forward extending my so far so good experience to next stage, building, yeah. Will keep update my experience here. Updating reviews for building process: 12 month from starting, in practice completion stage. Happy about progress and site managements. Some dramas caused by tradies but resolved quickly. Client liaison has done perfect works. Only disappointment, I wish they could tell us more options to upgrade in some areas. Maybe they were afraid of scaring me out. Many 1st timers mistakes that they could remind us to avoid. Overall experience still good. Will update more in post building stage.

Very professional, friendly and quick to reply/update us on what is going on and they all take the time to explain things to us so that we understand exactly what's going on at each step of the building process.
