AJC Modular

My wife and I visited AJC Modular in Queanbeyan today. The facilities were clean and staff excellent. The modules themselves were well presented and built, we look forward to putting some on our block in Victoria in the near future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and the team at AJC who helped us through the entire process including almost any customisation we asked for, and connected us with excellent tradies for installation. It is still surreal that a well insulated and solidly built 2 rooms and bathroom could be delivered and craned onto footings within a morning. Much quicker, simpler and cheaper than a traditional build, and including after sales service which has been great!

Highly recommend AJC Portables! They were fantastic right from start to finish. Mark was great to deal with, very knowledgeable. We made changes throughout the build and they were very accommodating. Definitely exceeded our expectations! The family love it. Perfect cabin for our family beach getaway.

Just got my backyard office delivered by AJC! I'm really impressed by the standard of finish and workmanship - and having all the electrics and lighting to my spec already fitted at the factory. It'd ready to go as soon as I get a sparkie to connect one wire! I went for the premium option, as it matches our existing building and looks really good in the backyard - not intrusive. I looked at several kits but found it difficult to get someone to assemble them in our area. Then they needed lining, painting, electrical installation etc. In the end, the AJC option was the best for me and very competitive!

I have had a very unsettled year with being unwell and multiple times in hospital and away from work. I am sure that I have been an ongoing frustration for the team at AJC and I am very literal and needed more interpretation of documents, stages etc which they provided each time. Initially they made space for me to attend the factory and the time taken to show me around and the planning following was fantastic. The showing of the houses around the factory enabled me to really see the product that I would be getting and the choices that they could help me with in swapping standard items to something I required was very clear and time was taken to provide me with the type of design I was really looking for which I really had no idea, just wanting specific things in the build. I am sure I was frustrating from the beginning, however having this basic language is what I needed as I am not technical whatsoever. Thank you and appreciate the time in setting this up for me and looking forward to the end delivery and final viewing before it's delivered. Thank you for your help!

My wife and I recently had AJC portable’s complete our portable holiday home and we are both extremely happy with the overall quality, performance and experience of the process. Everyone was easy to work with and we highly recommended them.
