We reside in the Cremorne/Mosman districts. Above Building did a fantastic job of restoring our cracked porch and pathways and mitigating storm water to ensure minimising any future damage . They also attached sandstone cladding to the new porch pillars which looks amazing Sam and the team have a can do, tidy, professional attitude and were always reliable and on time. The quality of their work was exceptional and nothing seemed to phase them. The team were a delight to deal with and they got on with the job in hand. This work has added significant value to the street appeal of our home We were happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend Above Building to others in the neighbourhood

Sam and his team oversaw a medium-sized renovation of our home in Freshwater. Building us a new bathroom and laundry, installing new joinery in every bedroom, and lots of other tweaks and improvements (lightening floorboards, painting walls, new skylight, new doors, new lighting etc). Honestly, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We lived in the house through the renos and his entire team were so professional, punctual and considerate. The level of care and attention has been top-quality. And Sam himself never forgets a conversation, keeps track of everything, and is excellent at managing the financial side of things (even suggesting ways to save money when a few small things ended up costing more). You hear so many horror stories about renos gone wrong - I honestly believe Sam and his team would never let a client down. Couldn't recommend them more highly - they are wonderful.

Sam and his team delivered an exceptional major renovation at our home. It was a significant build with new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, over 6 months in duration. The build took place during a time of building material shortages and rising building costs, yet Sam managed to keep the project on budget and delivered the project on time, which is a testament to his planning and foresight. Many projects in our neighbourhood are still ongoing and delayed, whereas we started after them and finished well before them. Sam worked closely with us to find cost savings, allowing us to reallocate money into improvements and other items throughout the build, which really resulted in a better finished product. Sam and his team contributed some great ideas throughout the build which also lifted the final quality of our home. Our neighbours complimented many times on how courteous and polite Phil, Adam and the team were on site, going out of their way to ensure minimal disruption to the neighbourhood. We love our new home and couldn't recommend Above highly enough!
