We have just recently finished our construction with Taz in Macnamara. The team at Taz were there for us from the beginning. They helped up draft an awesome house plan, and then executed the house in no time. It took Taz 6 months from the moment we received approvals to finish the house. They were generous with their time, answering all our questions and listening to all our concerns. Any variations were discussed prior with Taz who were transparent with their pricing and variations. I cannot thank Taz enough for all their hard work. I would build with Taz again in the future if the opportunity arises.

We were looking for builders to build a 2 storey house on a block with almost 4 metres of slope. We decided to go with Suman at Taz Building based on 1.) reviews from our friends who have built their houses through Suman. 2.) initial meetings with Suman made us at ease and we were delighted by his accommodating and calm personality. 3.) Taz Building gave us a competitive quote to build a custom designed house. During the construction phase, Suman was always available on a phone call. The team at Taz is also very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They acted on issues that we raised during the construction. They have very good rapport with other trades. We also received good feedback for Taz from companies providing flooring, electrical and joinery. Suman has always dealt with our concerns with a calm mind and resolved it quickly. The house was built in a year as promised. The quality and finishing of the house is good and we are very happy with it. The minor defects that we raised after moving in the house were addressed immediately. We certainly recommend Taz Building to anyone who is looking to build a house in Canberra.
