Sonam and his team were amazing. We have always had some anxiety about trades and chose Sonam as he was so genuine and honest when we met. Nothing changed throughout our bathroom renovation. The work was great. The only delays were my fault and the finished result is amazing. My bathroom is my favourite room in the house. The workmanship is top tier and the trades Sonam works with were kind and amazing to work with. Most importantly they worked around my house security (German shepherd) and gave him good boy pats which he was appreciative of. They worked around my crazy schedule and toddler timeframes. At completion it was no trouble to come back and perfect things and answer my questions. The renovation was everything I envisioned and they brought it to reality.

We had our bathroom renovated by Sonam last month. The whole experience was very smooth and stress free . Sonam and his entire team were amazing. From being punctual to keeping us upto date with every step of the whole process and at the same time making sure that work gets completed as planned.. Sonam is very honest and made sure that we did not make any rash decisions. Could not be happier and more satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend Sonam builders to anyone looking❤️❤️❤️.

Sonam Tobgay recently completed a new ensuite with a walk-in robe as part of our home extension, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, Sonam demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. He was extremely thorough in his work, ensuring that every aspect of the project was well aligned and completed smoothly. Even when I requested additional work, Sonam was patient, accommodating, and handled everything with a positive attitude. While I was overseas during part of the project, Sonam kept me regularly updated with photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind and confidence in the progress. He was particularly meticulous about ensuring there were no issues with the roof, taking extra care to make sure everything was watertight and built to perfection. I truly appreciate Sonam’s professionalism, clear communication, and high standard of workmanship. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder.

Sonam and his crew worked with me to create exactly the look I wanted, with fittings of my own choosing rather than "standard bathroom #17", and the results were fantastic. Sonam always remains friendly and cheerful despite setbacks and deviations from the original plan, and his prices are reasonable.
