  I purchased an apartment in a complex that had been built by Milin a few years before. Not long after moving in a leak developed in the ceiling of my unit. After contacting Milin directly about the problem, they were very responsive and determined to find the cause. While I cannot comment on the quality of their initial work, I was very impressed that the company took the issue seriously. Both Mel and Peter were very thorough in making sure the rectification work was completed properly. They also did not charge me for any of this despite being well outside of the builder's warranty.

  I bought a townhouse in Denman Prospect build by Milin. The build was perfect, I am 4 months in and have no major defects to report. The team were responsive when I had questions and always replied within a day. The team is friendly and I am very happy with the quality of the work done. Thankyou Milin!
