  IBS renovated our clapped out inner north ex guvvie. Paul and his team worked hand in glove with our architects (Enfold) to build our extension during a tricky time (the 2021/22 COVID lockdown / supply chain crunch era). He is unfailingly positive and patient, as well as a talented problem solver. IBS took out Best Renovation under 500k for the Southern NSW region HIA awards in 2023 for his work and of course we are very pleased with the result.

  Paul and the team were professional and reliable at every stage of the renovation process. They delivered on time and budget, and to a high standard of quality. We were reassured that they were a secure, known business that had been around for a long time, with a good track record, to entrust with renovating our home. Paul was flexible and accommodated multiple changes and additions along the way, without any issues, making the process less stressful for us. They partnered with good quality trades, they kept the worksite tidy, and Paul was always focussed on finding solutions to get a good quality outcome, when challenges came up. We were pleased with the process and are very happy with the results.
